A steel mesh welding system for the automatic production of welded steel wire mesh is available. Mesh width range with a bar diameter of 3mm to 6mm: 500mm-2150mm, mesh width range with a bar diameter of 2mm to 3mm: 500mm-2000mm. Grid length range with a rod diameter of 3mm to 6mm: 600mm-3000mm, grid length range with a rod diameter of 2mm to 3mm: 600mm-2000mm. Min. cross wire pitch: 12.5mm, min. longitudinal wire pitch: 25mm, wire diameter range: 2mm-6mm, max. number of longitudinal wires: 52, production capacity: 52 strokes/min, rated power at 50%: 840kVA, max. stack height: 600mm. Total system dimensions X/Y/Z: approx. 20000mm/7600mm/3400mm. Including longitudinal wire distributor in 40mm and 50mm pitch and longitudinal wire console in 40mm, 50mm and 75mm pitch.
