The Ficep Kronos KR32SP is a CNC gantry cutting system for combined plasma cutting and drilling of steel plates in heavy steel construction. Plasma cutting, drilling, tapping, scribing and marking run in a single pass without intermediate handling. Built in 2022, among the youngest of its class on the used market.

FUNCTION & APPLICATION
The KR32SP processes raw steel plates into finished components for steel construction. Plasma cutting, drilling, tapping, scribing and marking are combined on a single machine - a continuous workflow without re-clamping.
Typical components: gusset plates, stiffener plates, end plates and connection plates. Target industries: steel construction, bridge building, tower construction and general metalworking.
Plasma cutting is performed with a Hypertherm XPR300 power source; Hypertherm True Hole technology for dimensionally accurate hole quality is available. The scribing function transfers part numbers, bend lines and weld positions directly onto the component.
CAD/DSTV connectivity and specific programming/interface details are confirmed on request.
