FICEP TIPO B254 - CNC PUNCHING, DRILLING & THERMAL CUTTING CENTER | YEAR 2015
The Ficep Tipo B254 is a CNC-controlled punching, drilling and thermal cutting center for the complete processing of steel plates and flat products in a single pass. Punching, drilling, countersinking, tapping, marking and thermal cutting via plasma and oxy-fuel are carried out on one machine without intermediate handling.
CONDITION
Used - technically sound. The machine is currently in productive operation and CAN BE INSPECTED UNDER POWER (by appointment).
Handover as preferred: directly from ongoing production (cleaned and serviced) or - at additional cost - reconditioned by ASM. Details on the technical condition are disclosed individually upon serious interest.
FUNCTION & APPLICATION
The system combines three processing units in one CNC-controlled line: hydraulic punching unit (1000 kN), drilling head (20.1 kW) and thermal cutting unit with two plasma torches (Hypertherm HPR 260) plus oxy-fuel torch. All processes run via the Mitrol CNC as automated machining cycles; the machine processes steel plates up to 2540 x 6000 mm.
Typical applications: structural steel fabrication, structural engineering and prefabrication of gusset plates, end plates and connection plates.
