The GÜNTHER GTP 600 MC2 is an advanced, industrial machine that combines the functions of a roller steak tenderizer and a pneumatic meat press in a single processing step. Combining surface scoring with mechanical pressure significantly increases the active surface area for brine absorption, improves protein release, and ensures excellent binding and consistency of the product after heat treatment.
