The original unwinding head (linking attachment) is a precision component and a key part of industrial vacuum filling machines. This component is mounted directly onto the outlet of the rotary vane pump of the main machine. It is responsible for the automatic, sequential unwinding (cutting/dividing) of casings, whether they are made of cellulose, artificial materials, collagen, or natural materials, after they have been filled with meat or vegetarian filling.

The device operates synchronously with the computer control system of the filling machine, transmitting power to the rotating tube of the hopper. Thanks to the advanced design of the internal Handtmann gearbox, the attachment performs a rapid, repetitive rotary motion at the ideal point in the filling cycle.
