Heuft deck oven Vulkan 12 m² with "thermo-oil system", year of manufacture 2006

6 decks (of which the lower 3 are designed as a "pull-out oven"), approx. 125 x 160 cm baking surface per deck, i.e. approx. 12 m² total baking surface, incl. matching deck oven setters.

Particularly even baking atmosphere thanks to thermal oil system, first-class steaming, 2 heating circuits, the lower 3 ovens have a "turbo function" with air circulation. All stainless steel panelling, incl. exhaust air bonnet with approx. 1 m overhang. Simple, manual control without complicated and susceptible electronics.

The oven is in well-maintained condition and is still set up ready for use. A double door measuring approx. 160 x 230 cm is available for dismantling and removal. The oven and thermal oil boiler must be professionally separated from each other for dismantling and the thermal oil must be professionally collected.
