INDEX C200

The INDEX C200 –

manufactured in 2009 – is a powerful CNC production turning center with a FANUC 31i control, main and counter spindle, and a 65 mm bar capacity. The machine features a high-quality 3-turret design, with turrets 1 and 2 each equipped with X, Z, and Y axes, and turret 3 used for machining on the counter spindle. All three disc turrets are equipped with 10 stations and, with driven tools up to 6,000 rpm, enable highly flexible complete machining. With a portal parts handler, conveyor belt, C-axes on the main and counter spindles, and powerful spindle drives, the machine is particularly suitable for productive series production of complex turned/milled parts.
