Overview

This KHS Innopas P II SG 30-200 is a tunnel pasteurizer for bottled beverages in glass bottles, built in 1996 by KHS (Klöckner Holstein Seitz, Germany). The main control is a Siemens SIMATIC S5 PLC; the pasteurization unit setting (temperature diagram) was later upgraded to a Siemens S7 with touch panel. Danfoss frequency drives are fitted. The machine ran at a German mineral water bottling plant until mid-2024 and is now completely dismantled and professionally stored, with the conveyor belt sections and components palletized - ready for immediate collection.
