LYISH Rewinder for Toilet paper and Hand towel rolls, and NON-woven rolls.
Standard pyramid pattern for max volume.
Rolls are perforated to length of 115mm (other sizes can be adjusted)
Rolls length setting on PLC screen.
The rolls are sealed with glue line and tail cutting.
Also optional - coreless rolls production on Stainless steel mandrel

-Core guiding system for logs – preventing conic edges during rewinding of large diam rolls
- Finishing station including glue injection, cutting and turning the rolls for adhesion forming a tail seal.
- Automatic ejection of finished rolls sideways out of the machine.
- Machine is supplied as standard together with two 75 mm dia. mechanical shafts for the jumbo roll.
