Subsequently, an FL Tecnics machine—model FL 2.2—handles pouch feeding, weight-based filling, sealing, and packaging. In particular, a VARPE control system measures product weight in each pouch with high precision, thus minimizing variation and waste. At the same time, another VARPE unit performs X-ray inspection, which detects any contaminants or structural issues. Consequently, this adds a critical layer of safety and quality control.


Meanwhile, a spiral air-flow pasteurizer manufactured by SARP performs the pasteurization phase. Unlike other systems, this design treats the product uniformly while preserving its sensory characteristics.
