Filtration with mobile kieselguhr filter and Pall particle filter. With mobile CIP system (Nordhausen, 2009) with 2 tanks of 1.6 hl each in square tube frame with pump and operating buttons and switches. Supply technology: - Steam generator (Jumag, 2009), heated with liquid gas - Compressed air system (Kaeser, 2008) - 2 x ice storage refrigeration system (Hafner-Muschler, 2009 and 2011)
