Complete automatic volumetric filling and bagging system with PLC control panel, suitable for packing many dried snack-type products such as nuts, seeds, grains, dried fruit, etc, into pillow-packs.
The product moves from the opper via a vibrating tray / chute into a turning bowl with cup openings. The amount per cup is then dropped into the funnel through the forming tube into the bag. The size of the cups determines the filling amount. The turning bowl is adjustable in height so even with the same size cup there are various filling sizes possible. 
Model - MWM-900 Automatic Form Fill Seal Machine. 
Sealing jaws: Horizontal - 260mm. Vertical - 300mm. 
Pack size range - Length: 50mm - 320mm. Width: 140mm (with current forming tube/shoulder). 
Speed - up to 30 packs/minute, depending on product size. 
Filler - volumetric, 20g-1000g range. Can double drop for larger pack sizes. 
Electric supply - 440 V / 50 hz / 3 phase.
Features a metal detector at the bottom of the filling tube / inside the forming assembly and has hot foil stamping for printing on pouch.
Previously used for packing popcorn.
