It has automatic storage for the shrink capsules.


A photocell connects the components to the main structure, which releases capsules for incoming bottles, completely automatically and synchronized.


Despite its simplicity, maintenance is very important for this capsuling machine. The thermal heads and their gaskets, need to be checked carefully.


The electrical panel is in order and complete with all cables and PLC, manuals, and wiring diagrams.

The Used rotary capsuling machine, has a whole set of stars, augers, and counter-stars to convey the bottle correctly. The direction of entry is from left to right and therefore clockwise.


This machine is specific for glass containers. It can handle formats ranging from 0.50 L, to 0.75 L up to the size of 1 L.
