Structure
The machine is very stable due to its welded structure on massive legs. Fuji Japanese servo drives with robust bevel rack and pinion drive ensure high speed and exceptional accuracy of the cutting head.
The ABL system automatically replenishes the grease in the rails.

User-friendliness
The fiber laser cutter is fully adapted to the needs of the user, ensuring maximum comfort during its operation. The heavy plates are made easier to handle with ball transfer units embedded in the surface, allowing the plates to roll smoothly during loading. Collecting small parts is much easier thanks to the waste collection trolleys, which can be pulled out using a convenient handle.

Control panel
The control of the fiber laser occurs is carried out via the control panel with keyboard and mouse. The computer includes the Windows system and CypCut software, which comes with functions such as:
- part programming,
- file import and export,
- adjustment of power output and cutting speed.
Installed software has lifetime licenses

Wireless remote
The control of the laser head is carried out by a wireless remote control.

Assistance by a specialist
We strive to maintain constant communication with our Customers. To support this, each purchased machine includes a Specialist Assistance Package with dedicated hours of expert guidance.
Within the service, our technicians may:
- Prepare or redesign CAD drawings,
- Advise on material and gas selection,
- Assist in the selection of operating parameters for different materials.
The remaining time can be checked in the Otinus Customer Panel.

Each Otinus laser cutter includes a comprehensive set of ready-to-use CAD drawings. The designs included are ready-made as they can be immediately cut in any format. Our technician will show you how to do that during training.

2-day training with machine installation
- 1st day (up to 8 hours) – machine commissioning and controller usage training
- 2nd day (up to 8 hours) – work under the guidance of our technician – the possibility of programming specific parts that are manufactured at your site
