Built for High-Volume Industrial Production

The PEGAS 540 CALIBER A-CNC is a highly productive, fully automatic two-column band saw designed for demanding industrial applications and continuous production. It is engineered for straight cutting of solid bars, tubes, profiles and bundles made of carbon steel, stainless steel, tool steel and other metallic materials. Its rigid construction and advanced CNC control ensure maximum productivity, outstanding cutting accuracy and long-term reliability.

The machine features a servo-controlled automatic material feeder with programmable cutting cycles. The Mitsubishi PLC control system with a colour touch-screen allows the operator to store up to 100 cutting programs, each with multiple cutting lengths and quantities, making it ideal for serial production. Automatic positioning, material feeding and cutting significantly reduce setup time and increase production efficiency.

The robust two-column design minimizes vibration during cutting and provides exceptional rigidity. The continuously variable blade speed, hydraulic blade tensioning and automatic blade load control optimize cutting performance while extending blade life. The machine is also equipped with automatic coolant delivery, powered blade cleaning and a fully enclosed guarding system for maximum operator safety and reliable operation in demanding production environments.

Inspection and Test Run

The machine can be inspected and tested under working conditions at our manufacturing facility in Slavkov u Brna, Czech Republic.
