X-ray inspection system, based its operation on the difference in density, i.e. on the different level of absorption of the rays, of the foreign bodies in the product.
It detects contaminants such as: bones, stones, ceramics, PVC, Teflon, glass, rubber, fiberglass, etc...
Non-ferrous metal contaminants and non-magnetic stainless steel, also inside metal film or aluminium foil packages.
Package defects such as deformation and cracking
Integrity and filling level, also in closed packages
Presence of necessary elements such as: surprise inside a chocolate egg, needles in a ready-made shirt
Weight control and air bubble detection
Mounted on a conveyor belt of 100 x 2600mm length.
Maximum admissible product passage 100 x 270mm.
