This combi steamer from Rational is a CombiMaster® Plus with 20 x 2/1 GN shelves, electric version, manufactured in 2012. This is the XXL model, offering capacity for 20x 2/1GN or 40x 1/1GN trays.

The unit has been completely overhauled in our in-house workshop and is fully functional.

The combi steamer will be available from calendar week 20.
