This is an SCC 61 WE combination steamer in an electric version, from the premium manufacturer Rational, manufactured in 2017.
The combination steamer is a device from the latest SCC series, featuring triple-pane glass and LED lighting.
The device has been completely refurbished in our in-house workshop and the combination steamer is fully functional.

The base frame shown in the picture is not included in the offer, but can be purchased as an option.

This combination steamer offers space for 5 x 400x600mm trays. In automatic mode, the device automatically recognizes the ideal cooking path, the size of the food, the loading quantity and the product-specific requirements for 7 applications (meat, fish, poultry, side dishes, egg dishes, baked goods and finishing).
