Automatic cutting of strips, boards and squared timber for individual and series production

The operator places the workpiece independently of the machine cycle The pawls and the infinitely adjustable end stop serve as alignment aids during placement. The unit can hold up to 2 workpieces (workpiece packages) while a 3rd workpiece (workpiece package) is being processed. The unit feeds the workpieces (workpiece packages) to the cross-cut saw fully automatically. This results in continuous feeding and an increase in performance of up to 30% (practical value). The infeed is equipped with a stable 3/4" chain. All good pieces are pushed crosswise onto a storage table immediately after cutting. Different lengths can be easily recognized, as all cuts are flush on one side.
