Closes sausages and mortadella with a clip on both ends

The Serrano MH-640 is an automatic double clipping machine, originally designed for mortadella and other large sausage calibres. The filled casing is voided and clipped on two sides in one stroke, so one sausage is closed and the next already has its start.

The machine sits on a stainless cabinet with castors, with an outfeed chute and roller conveyor for the product. It is pneumatically driven. We did not find a rating plate with the year.
