Stürtz bar machining center for PVC profiles, consisting of: loading station (length 6.5 m), processing module for the entire PVC bar, triple saw unit with cabin for noise insulation, single unit for milling gasket grooves, cross table for manual insertion of cut reinforcement bars, printer and control monitor, vertical buffer, double screwing system (top and bottom), steel machining module, dowel drilling unit, handle olive drilling device, marking for strike plates, outfeed table with additional screwdriver for mounting strike plates.

Includes: safety fencing with safety doors, complete disassembly

The machine has operated in single-shift mode. In 2024, extensive maintenance was performed. Very good overall condition.
