TECHNICAL DATA
* Standard dimensions of vacuum bags: 2650 x 5,150 mm
* Dimensions for flat glass lamination (using silicone bags):
2,500 x 5,000 mm
* Lamination frames: two
* Maximum load per lamination frame: 1,200 kg distributed over the entire surface.
* Vacuum pumps: two (one for each frame)
* Heating zones: 9 zones, each monitored by a thermocouple.
* Temperature measurement of heating chambers: 9 + 1 thermocouples connected to the PLC system.
* Vacuum control and monitoring: Digital pressure sensors connected to the PLC system on the operator panel.
* Overheat protection: one independent thermocouple inside the chamber, with the ability to cut off the power circuit
in case of furnace overheating.
* Electrical panel, control panel, and wiring: manufactured according to "EC" guidelines.
* Safety features: according to "EU" guidelines.
* Installed power / power supply: 54 kW per chamber.
400V 50 / 60Hz, three-phase + N + T
* Average consumption: < 20 kW per hour.
* Control / monitoring system with TEMA 2020 SOFTWARE:
-PLC system and intuitive operator graphic interface with touchscreen. -Multilingual
-Up to 6 (six) settings, with no time limitations.
-Real-time graphs: average temperature of the furnace and modules, each heating zone, vacuum (with the possibility of
disconnecting the pump at any time).
-Power consumption.
