Overview This spiral oven, type: Unitherm (Marlen) XS-OV-12-E was built in 2012. The spiral oven convey food upward by contiuous belt that travel in 6 circular tiers within a single oven cover. This sytem is more versatile and have a smaller footprint than linear oven. Aplications: roasting, baking , broiling, steaming, pasteurizing or cooking of f.e. bacon, chicken parts, seefood, kebabs and vegetables.
