The Vollmer CX 100, year of construction 1998, is a four-axis CNC-controlled grinding machine for sharpening carbide-tipped circular saw blades up to 500 mm in diameter.

All relevant data such as grinding angle, feed, grinding stroke and tooth feed can be entered via the control panel and stored in programs. The grinding of the tooth shapes on the breast or back is done in one cycle.

The machine is equipped with an oil mist separator and a manual fire extinguisher.

Maintenance and inspection by Vollmer Service in 2013, no defects found.

The machine can be viewed, inspected and demonstrated by arrangement.
