Power source 250 Amp (60% duty cycle) WELDKAR WK MIG 250 DUAL PULS, suitable for industrial use. In continuous use, the maximum welding current is 195 A. The MIG 250 Dual Pulse welding machine is versatile and is suitable for MIG / MAG, TIG (lifting arc) and MMA (electrode) welding. Equipped with various synergic welding programs for steel, stainless steel, aluminum and CuSi3. In addition, this welder is equipped with the Pulse and double pulse function. Up to 100 welding programs can be saved and recalled. Parameters can also be manually adjusted by the welder if required.

The power source is equipped with a digital control panel where various parameters can be easily set and read. Including gas flow, soft start, combustion, downward slope, gas flow and pulse rate control. The latter is necessary for thin-walled welding. The 2 - 4 stroke setting provides extra convenience when welding longer parts. Partly due to the 4-roller wire feed system, a long and trouble-free wire feed is guaranteed. With the MMA function, coated electrodes can be welded. To further optimize the weld, hot start arc force parameters can be set. The welder is portable and available in a mobile frame. Furthermore, they are CE and EMC certified and suitable for use with generators with a minimum power of 12.5 kVA.
