CORMAK RBM 40HV Tube and Profile Bending Machine

The CORMAK RBM 40HV tube and profile bending machine is a precise three-roll, roll-type bending machine designed for bending steel tubes, rectangular profiles, and solid materials. It enables operation in two working positions – vertical and horizontal – allowing flexible adaptation to different production conditions. Equipped with hardened rollers and a graduated upper roller pressure adjustment system, it ensures high repeatability of bending radii and excellent resistance to wear.

Design and technology

The CORMAK RBM 40HV has been designed for intensive use in industrial environments. The machine body is made of thick-walled, rigid steel components, providing high resistance to twisting forces and bending loads. The bending rollers are manufactured from hardened and precisely ground steel with a diameter of 40 mm, increasing their resistance to wear.

The pressure adjustment system with a vernier scale allows the operator to repeatedly set the same bending radius, which is particularly important in serial production.

Precision and work efficiency

The CORMAK RBM 40HV tube and profile bending machine provides high bending accuracy for both individual components and series production. The gearbox with a motor power of up to 2.2 kW (S6) enables smooth bending of demanding materials, including steel tubes with a wall thickness of 2 mm.

The possibility of operation in both rotation directions significantly simplifies the production of closed arcs and spiral-shaped structures.
