We offer the Henneken B7000 vacuum tumbler with a capacity of 7,000 liters – an industrial machine designed for massaging, curing, and preparing meat in large processing plants.

The system is designed to support both gentle and intense product massage. The manufacturer notes that machines in this series are particularly well-suited for curing steamed hams, dry-curing smoked hams, kebab production, and massaging fish and poultry.
