THE MANDREL BENDER WITH MANUEL CLAMPING:

This mandrel bending machine with manual eccentric quick clamping for tube fixing enables rational bending. The compact drive unit with the detachable mandrel carrier offers advantages when used at the assembly site. Optimum bending accuracy is achieved by position detection directly on the bending axis. The bending angle is set easily and quickly via a convenient touchscreen control with menu-driven user interface. The comfort control allows two speeds as well as a parameterizable overbending function to compensate for material springback.
The bending sequence is significantly shortened by automatic "free travel" at the end of the sheet. For more complex bending tasks, bending programs can be stored with a maximum angle sequence of 50 bends per geometry. An almost unlimited number of programs can be stored on the control or a USB stick, as well as 200 materials. The plug-in bending tools allow rapid conversion to other tube sizes. For difficult geometries, the bending direction of the machine can be changed to right or left bending as standard. The open bending unit allows, for example, the bending of railing frames with only one weld seam. The optional calculation software on the PC determines the cut length for the entire geometry as well as the travel distance, twisting angle and bending angle for each bend. The mandrel retraction is programmable and can be retracted automatically ahead of time when a bending angle is reached.
