Description

Fiber laser cutting machine FT62 with 6 kW power designed for cutting sheet metal as well as tubes and profiles. The machine is equipped with a 1500 × 3000 mm working table and a tube cutting module for tubes up to 6000 mm in length. Tube diameter range is Ø20–Ø220 mm and square profiles from 20 × 20 to 220 × 220 mm.

The machine uses a Raycus 6 kW laser source, WSX cutting head and FSCUT CNC control system (Bochu). Thanks to Inovance servo drives, precision linear guides and rack drive, the machine ensures positioning accuracy of ±0.03 mm and repeatability of ±0.02 mm.

The machine features a full protective enclosure, exchange working table, smoke extraction system, Tongfei 6 kW water chiller and 80 kVA voltage stabilizer. Maximum positioning speed is 120,000 mm/min.
