ORBIBEND, the mobile orbital cutting system, surpasses standard planetary cutters and marks a new step in the evolution of tube bending machines. (Simat Patent).
A MOBILE ORBITAL CUTTING unit capable of grooving the tube (Simat Patent):
End-of-curve cutting: tube cutting at the curve's end, eliminating the need for subsequent trimmings on short ends.
On-the-fly pre-scoring: the groove is made in the “shadow” during the bending phase, saving cycle time.
